Ode to being a girl

I put on the dress,  and yes it felt weird
But at least there wasn't hair to resemble a beard
Jim was trying so hard to keep a straight face
But it was difficult because I was wearing lace
I tried to make my voice high like a girl
But I failed the first time and scared off a squirl
The lady bought it even though she wasnt sure
I mixed up my name, things were all a blur
Do girls like rats? Do they go and hide?
Or do they chase them so they are no longer inside?
Oh no my cover is blown, now what do I do? Go somewhere else so I can start new.
